For instance you may have lower back pain and need to see a physiotherapist to relieve the pain and help establish other possible causes. This may lead the physio to recommend other specialists. This might include seeing a podiatrist for foot orthotics, nutritionist for dietary advice, do pilates for strengthening and training core stability, have a sports massage to release tight muscles or see a personal trainer for weight loss, fitness and rehabilitation.
You may have a sports injury; at Physioworks you will be able to see a physio and see a rehab expert who will work closely together to get you fit and back to full function. We also have the facilities to carry out fitness assessments and screening, prior to your sport and activities. We also have a sports nutritionist and expert fitness advisor who can help you reach peak performance or help you to achieve your desired weight.
