Relax Kids

Relax Kids is a programme designed for children and young people which incorporates relaxation and mindfulness to help them feel more calm and confident.

It offers age specific sessions using the award wining 7 step method to teach children through movement, games, stretching, breathing, touch, positive affirmation and creative visualisation.

The 7 step method has been shown to have a positive effect on a child’s mental and emotional well-being.

Classes are fun and interactive.

We aim to help children develop life skills to help them manage stress, anxiety and other emotions they will face in everyday life.
